The word Tantra comes from the word “tan” which means expand or spread. The whole idea is to make connection repeatedly in Tantric writing on sex and spirituality. It is said that mating of man and woman can reaches spiritual levels during orgasm, which can clear all the impurities collected by you mind and body. Impurities also know as negative energies in spiritual terms can convert into physical illness.
